Wrapped in Gratitude Ideal Daily Schedule

Have you ever written out what your ideal week would look like?

There is something about writing it out that feels good and gives you focus. For years I worked with clients helping them create structure and routine- focusing on what was important, instead of letting each day control them- helping them control their day!

Every week won’t meet this perfectly, but at least you know what you are aiming for, Covey says “Begin with the end in mind” and becoming aware if you are living everyone else’s last minute priorities

Think about what your priorities are:

  • Family time
  • workout time
  • art time
  • time to read
  • date night
  • lunch (I say this because I tend to eat while a work and I could benefit from a break in the day)
  • time to clean
  • cook
  • sports
  • blog
  • meet clients
  • meet friends
  • etc- you get the point- block out sections and write in how you would like to use it-

What can you say no to?
What is getting in the way of you spending time on your priorities?
This can be a real eye opener. I hope it is helpful for you!

Please share in the comments below any ideas you have for living your ideal week.
